I am committed to providing my clients with holistic support, which includes services that support the mind, body, and soul. As an extension of this commitment, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in November 2019, and I continue to learn and expand my offerings to embody whatever new information I feel will be most beneficial and accessible to my clients. What comes to mind when you think about holistic health and wellness? Do you think about being more active? Or maybe making adjustments to the foods you eat (I will rarely say "diet" because this word is activating for me and likely many of you without even knowing it)? What about finding healthy alternatives to relieve work-related stress?
Holistic health and wellness is ALL of these things! I believe the most important aspect is FINDING BALANCE FOR YOURSELF! What balance looks like for me will be totally different than what balance looks like for you. That's called bio-individuality. We are all unique and that's one of the most beautiful things about being human. So, whether you want to work on stress management, intentional and mindful weight loss, or improving your relationships and boundaries, the important part is showing up for yourself and doing your best to move in the direction of whatever definition of balance feels good to you in your mind, body, and soul (and if you don't know what that is, we will figure it out together!).
